Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and attending any class offered by Heart & Health Training Services LLC, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, procedures, and requirements established by Heart & Health Training Services LLC.

Payment

Full payment is required to reserve a seat in class.

Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

Refunds and Transfers

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Transfer requests may be considered when requested at least 48 hours before class and are subject to availability.

Certification

Successful completion of the course requires attendance and participation in all components required by the American Heart Association.

Certificates and eCards are issued only after successful completion of all course requirements.

Conduct

Heart & Health Training Services LLC reserves the right to refuse participation, deny registration, cancel enrollment, or dismiss any student whose conduct, behavior, or circumstances interfere with maintaining a safe, respectful, professional, and productive learning environment.

Students dismissed under these policies are not entitled to a refund.

Limitation of Liability

Heart & Health Training Services LLC shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather, emergencies, facility issues, or other unforeseen events.

Policy Changes

Heart & Health Training Services LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions and other policies at any time.
