Hi, I’m Shelley Sesler, founder of Heart & Health Training Services.
My mission is to help individuals, families, healthcare professionals, and workplaces gain the confidence and skills needed to respond during emergencies. Through American Heart Association CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS training, I strive to create a comfortable learning environment where students leave feeling prepared to act when every second counts.
I am proud to serve Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, Tampa, and surrounding communities.
