What courses do you offer?
We offer American Heart Association courses including:
- Heartsaver CPR AED
- Heartsaver First Aid
- Heartsaver CPR AED & First Aid
- BLS Provider (Basic Life Support)
Will I receive a certification?
Yes. Students who successfully complete all required course components will receive an official American Heart Association eCard.
How long are classes?
Approximate course lengths are:
- Heartsaver CPR AED: 2–3 hours
- Heartsaver First Aid: 2–3 hours
- Heartsaver CPR AED & First Aid: 4–6 hours
- BLS Provider: 3–4 hours
Class times may vary depending on the number of students and course requirements.
When will I receive my eCard?
eCards are typically issued within 24 hours after successful completion of all course requirements.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Most courses are designed for beginners, and no prior healthcare experience is required.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for hands-on practice. Students may spend time kneeling and performing CPR skills on training manikins.
What should I bring?
Students are encouraged to bring:
- Water or a beverage
- Glasses or hearing aids if needed
- Any required course materials
What happens if I arrive late?
Students arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may be required to reschedule. Rescheduling availability is not guaranteed.
Are refunds available?
Registration fees are non-refundable.

What happens if I miss class?
Students who fail to attend without prior notice are considered no-shows and may forfeit their registration fee.
Do you offer private group training?
Yes.
Private training is available for:
- Businesses
- Schools
- Churches
- Community organizations
- Clubs and associations

Where are classes held?
Public classes are held in the Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, Tampa and surrounding areas.
Specific class locations and directions are provided after registration.
What age do students need to be?
There is no minimum age established by the American Heart Association. However, at this time only accepting students 18+.
Are classes hands-on?
Yes.
All courses include hands-on practice and active participation. Successful completion requires demonstration of the required skills.
Can I just watch and receive a card?
No.
American Heart Association guidelines require students to actively participate and successfully complete all required skills and course requirements.
Can disruptive or unsafe individuals be removed from class?
Yes.
Heart & Health Training Services LLC reserves the right to refuse participation, cancel enrollment, or dismiss individuals whose behavior interferes with maintaining a safe, respectful, professional, and productive learning environment.
Can private classes be scheduled outside normal class times?
Yes.
Private group sessions may be arranged based on instructor availability.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Accepted payment methods will be listed during the registration process.
Can I bring children or guests to class?
Only registered students may attend class. To maintain a safe and distraction-free learning environment, guests and children who are not enrolled in the course are not permitted.
Are same-day certifications available?
In most cases, eCards are issued within 24 hours following successful completion of the course. Same-day issuance may be available depending on instructor availability.
What if I have a disability or need accommodations?
Students needing reasonable accommodations are encouraged to contact the instructor before class so that appropriate arrangements can be discussed.
